serahboo.m (Libya,1990) challenges the power of sound and image as a safe space for imagination. While studying the complexity of the human experience, she is committed to documenting and processing archives of movements and communities with whom she connects and shares visions and values. Her work focuses on themes of panafricanism, spiritual practices and the multiple dimensions of musicology. Alongside her audiovisual projects, she works in community organising with local collectives in Barcelona, centering matters of social and political justice through events, workshops and collective actions.
she also founded cantdefine.me where with her creative partner Sinai (Venezuela) they explore notions of transculturality and migration.
